Process of Admission
|
Step 1: Deposit of the full fee: on or before 20th May 2024, 5 PM
|
- Please make a deposit of the fee as given below
- If you are opting for Computer Science Engineering (at ring road campus or electronic city campus), the total amount to be deposited will be Rs. 4,80,000 (annual fee) + Rs. 10,000 (one-time administrative charges)
- If you are opting for Computer Science Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) (at ring road campus or electronic city campus), the total amount to be deposited will be Rs. 4,80,000 (annual fee) + Rs. 10,000 (one-time administrative charges)
- If you are opting for Electronics & Communication Engineering (at ring road campus or electronic city campus), the total amount to be deposited will be Rs. 4,20,000 (annual fee) + Rs. 10,000 (one-time administrative charges)
- If you are opting for Electrical & Electronics Engineering (at ring road campus) or Mechanical Engineering (at ring road campus) or Biotechnology (at ring road campus), the total amount to be deposited will be Rs. 3,80,000 (annual fee) + Rs. 10,000 (one-time administrative charges)
- Please note that you need to transfer the amount through NEFT/RTGS mode only. IMPS/ UPI payments are not considered. Cash deposits into the account are strictly forbidden and will not be considered.

- After making the transfer, kindly fill up the following form and submit. This is mandatory. If you do not follow this step, your payment will not be acknowledged. Please understand that you can submit this only once and hence be very careful while submitting the information. You are required to submit this on or before 20th May, 7 PM. Submissions after this deadline will not be considered.
- Note, very important, partial payments to the above account will not be entertained and considered. Only if the payment is made in full as per the details shared above including the one-time administrative charges, will PES University consider the candidate for seat allotment and not otherwise
- In case you want to surrender the seat chosen here, the process to surrender the JEE quota seat and the last date to surrender JEE quota seat will be published on our website, www.pes.edu, after the first round of PESSAT B.Tech counseling. It is upon you to keep a tab on our website and follow the instructions accordingly which will be published after the first round of B.Tech PESSAT counseling. In this case, you will get full refund minus Rs. 10,000.

Step 2: Submission of original documents to the University: Due date for this will be published on our website, www.pes.edu, after 1st round B.Tech PESSAT Counseling

- Candidates who have been offered a seat and have made the payment must submit their original documents pertinent to the B.Tech program as per the below link to PES University Ring Road Campus, either in-person or through courier, on or before the due date which will be published on our website, www.pes.edu, after the 1st round B.Tech PESSAT Counseling. It is the responsibility of the candidate to keep tab on our website for the due date of original documents submission.

Submission of all original documents as mentioned in the above link is mandatory. If the original documents are not received from the candidates on or before the due date as published on our website after 1st round of B.Tech PESSAT counseling, the seat will be automatically forfeited and it will be the candidate’s responsibility to apply and take the refund of the fee paid.

NOTE
|
- Eligibility: An aggregate score of atleast 60% in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Math) in the class 12 / 2nd PUC exam is a must. The necessary documents should be provided by the candidate later and will be verified by the University. If this condition is not satisfied, the admission of the candidate will be forfeited. Kindly ensure the eligibility before depositing the fee to the University
- The admission done here is only provisional by nature. Please be aware that the University will verify all the documents for eligibility and thoroughness at a later stage and if there is any deficiency/discrepancy, the seat will be forfeited. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure he/she meets the eligibility criteria and the genuineness of the documents/information submitted. PES University reserves full rights for admission of the candidate. Information given here may be subject to change
- Candidate who has secured a seat through PESSAT JEE Mains quota need not compete for a seat through regular PESSAT quota as the fee structure for both the quota are the same for all the years of study. However, they can participate in the PESSAT counseling for an upgradation of their specialization if they so desire
- If a candidate who has already made the full fee payment and allotted with a JEE quota seat wants to participate in the PESSAT counseling process physically on campus in Bangalore for upgradation of their specialization through PESSAT quota, candidate need not get fresh DD’s again, but they need to get a print out of the email confirmation sent from the University stating the allocation of the JEE quota seat
- Higher fee quota candidates trying for this JEE quota seat need not make any payment. But it is mandatory to submit your JEE scores and other details in the link provided above and also to submit the form given above by filling in the details as mentioned in the form. Without completing this process, the higher fee quota candidates will not be considered for seat allotment. If a higher fee quota candidate is allotted with a JEE seat, the existing higher fee quota seat (either confirmed or waiting) will be automatically cancelled and the difference amount between the higher fee quota seat and the JEE quota seat will be automatically refunded back to the candidate
- If the candidate secures a seat through PESSAT JEE Mains quota and also secures a seat through KCET to PES University for the same campus and for the same specialization, refund will be issued to the candidate for PESSAT JEE Mains quota seat and the candidate can do the final admissions through KCET quota
